Privacy notice
What we collect, who sees it, and what we cannot delete.
Last updated October 2026
The full notice will be published with the app after our data protection impact assessment is complete. This is the summary of how the product is designed.
What we hold
- Your pay ID, wallet address and notification token, so we can route payment requests to your phone.
- The result of your identity check, not the documents. Sumsub runs the check and holds any documents in its own vault under its own retention policy.
- Merchant request details (merchant, amount, reference) so we can show you receipts and run the refund policy.
Who else sees it
The identity-check result is shared with Ramp Network so that adding money needs no second check. Wallet addresses are screened against sanctions lists by a screening provider at signup and at each payment. We never sell data and we do not run advertising.
What cannot be deleted
Payments are recorded on a public ledger under your wallet address, not your name. That record is permanent and outside our control. You can export or delete the data we hold ourselves at any time from the app.
Where it lives
Our systems are hosted in the UK and EU. Contact privacy@fvampay.com with any request.
